Hello. My name is Sue, I am a fully qualified and insured person-centred counsellor.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP registered number 402333) and I abide by their strict ethical framework for practice which ensures that you remain in a safe space with you at the heart of everything we do.

I have extensive knowledge and experience working with a wide range of issues which includes Domestic Abuse, Sexual Assault & Rape, Depression, OCD, Panic attacks, Anxiety and PTSD.

I understand how difficult it is to seek help sometimes, not knowing who or where to turn. We can walk together on your journey to explore your struggles and find alternative ways of coping. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings, emotions and difficulties in a safe confidential environment; you are not alone.

Seeking support and finding a counsellor that is right for you can seem overwhelming.

I offer upto 20 minute phone call, no obligation introductory consultation, where we can explore what you need and want from counselling.

Clinical Supervision

I am a qualified clinical Supervisor which enables me to supervise the clinical practice of both trainees and experienced counsellors/Psychotherapists.  I can also offer supervision to various other professionals including Teachers, Police Officers, NHS workers and many more.
